Artist Statement

 

I am interested in presenting work that confronts the viewer with an experience that is both spatial and visceral. Structure, both architectonic and organic, decorative and chaotic; find themselves within my constructions, along with processes that are suggestive of addition, division and subtraction. building or compiling with pattern I wish to reveal information of a new order, or perhaps expose the subtle possibility of an alternative cosmology.
